On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the swimming pool. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/WC. Boiler. Upper floor: walk-through room. Exit to the terrace. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. VFT/MA/02461


    Torreblanca: Modern, cosy terraced house "Amapola", 3 storeys. In the district of Torreblanca, on the outskirts Fuengirola, in a sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool fenced (3 x 2 m, 01.05.-31.12.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 150 m, café 100 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Torreblanca" 700 m, sandy beach "Torreblanca" 1.2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course 2 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Zoo Fuengirola 4 km, Malaga 20 km, Marbella 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only.

    belle maison avec suffisamment d'espace pour 8 personnes, literie moyenne , 3 salles de bain. 1 chambre parentale avec une chambre juste à côté sans porte pour les enfants assez d'équipements, lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, barbecue extérieur.... un petit patio pour les fumeurs, parfait.
