Bahía Dorada: Beautiful, simple, comfortable holiday development "Bahia Dorada", renovated in 2009. 6 km from the centre of Estepona, 4 km from the centre of Sabinillas, outside the resort, in a sunny position, 200 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Tennis, floodlit. In the house: lift, washing machine. Parking. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 80 m, shingle beach 25 m. Golf course 1 km. Please note: motorway close by. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The urbanisation comprises of duplex houses and apartments and part of the urbanisation (separated by a main road) is on a hillside. The sandy and shingle beach can be from 50 m to 200 m away depending on the location of the property. Available:1 tennis court. Petrol station with small grocers shop 1.5 km away.

    Die Ankunft war ein wenig schwierig, da die Adressenangabe etwas ungenau war und der Vermieter vor Ort nur gebrochen Englisch oder Spanisch spricht. Die Wohnung war sauber aber das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt machte einen eher unfreundlichen Eindruck. Das Geschirr in der Küche war komplett Show more schmutzig, da der vorhanden Geshirrspühler defekt war. Auch die Anzahl des Geschirrs war zu gering. ("der Rest vom Schützenfest") Eine normale Filterkaffemaschine gab es ebefalls nicht, nur ein kleiner italienische Kaffeebereiter. Wir orderten Geschirr und Kaffeemaschine nach und erhielten diese auch. Der Kühlschrank war ok. Es gab noch einen kleinen Gefrierschrank aber der brummte so stark und auch laufend, das man nicht schlafen kann. Wir haben ihn dann vom Netz getrennt. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich geräumig und auch das Bad ist verhältnismäßig groß. Man kann vom Balkon aufs Meer schauen und dort z.B. Essen oder Händtücher trocknen. Das Türschloß war nicht in Ordnung, wir mußten immer mit einem Riegel zu schließen. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Show less

    Todo muy bien.La playa algo malilla .Mejor ir a bañarse a la playa del Cristo o a Sabinillas, pero el apartamento fenomenal, con una gran terraza.
