    Apartment block "Palacio del Mar". 150 m from the centre of Penyíscola, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the sea. In the house: lift. Steep motor access. Roofed, parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, sandy beach 100 m. Access to the sandy beach, one part via steps. Historical old town and the Papa Luna castle, 1 km away. Please note: the 2nd, 3rd and 4th photo are the views from the property.

    appartement conforme au descriptif. Mais odeur d'égout dans l'appartement- insonorisation inexistante - Difficulté pour trouver l'établissement et pas de gardienne à notre arrivée (pendant les heures notées) et ne parle pas français;

    L'appartement est idéalement placé pour profiter de la meilleure vue sur le Pueblo et son château. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié le travail de la concierge de l'immeuble en charge de la gestion de cet appartement.
