La piscine, la literie, et l emplacement de la location sont les points forts de cette location. Malheureusement le manque d hygiène (drap taché, moisissures rideaux de douche, placards et frigo très sales...) et le matériel défectueux (lave vaisselle, cafetière, relax..) ou insuffisant (4 verres Show more pour une location prévue pour 11 personnes, bols, saladier, étendoir...) dommage ! spécialiste est intervenu afin de le réparer. Malgré ces

Wir kennen Tres Cales schon einige Jahre (14J), jedoch den hinteren Teil der Urbanication. Auf der unteren Seite der N340 (Richtung Meer) sind in Tres Cales die Strassen in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand als oberhalb der N340. Das Haus war in Ordnung, die Betten (Matrazen) für ein Ferienhaus Show more erstaunlich gut. Die Kücheneinrichtung war mangelhaft, die erwähnte Kaffemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Allerdings kann man im Esclat für 15Euro günstig eine elektrische Filtermaschine kaufen. Die Hausumgebung, bzw Garten sind leider sehr ungepflegt. Das Pool braucht DRINGEND eine Sanierung. Es hat viele kaputte Plättli, an denen man sich leicht an den Füssen schneiden kann. Bei uns hatten leider 2 Personen Schnittverletzungen an den Füssen wegen den defekten Plättlis. Vis-à-vis vom Haus hat es eine ziemlich grosses Anwesen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass dort an den Wochenenden übermässig laute Partys gefeiert werden und die Nachtruhe nicht eingehalten wird. Gemäss ansässigen Schweizern ist dies Frühjahr bis Herbst Dauerzustand! (Wichtig zu wissen, falls man es etwas ruhiger mag, vorallem rechnet man ausser Hauptsaison nicht damit) Da es nun in L'Amettla de Mar am Ortseingang einen Mercadona hat, ist das einkaufen sehr angenehm geworden. All die Buchten zwischen L'Amettla de Mar und Calafat sind immer noch TRAUMHAFT. Kurz gesagt, wir würden wieder nach Tres Cales reisen. Nur wieder in den hinteren Teil der Siedlung, nicht Richtung Meer. Show less
