Beautiful house "Viña", renovated. In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. In the house: roof terrace. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 12 km pebble beach 5 km.

Leider mehrmals am Tag Stromausfälle durch Überlastung. Die Schlüssel waren nicht angeschrieben, zu welcher Tür sie gehörten.( riesiger Schlüsselbund, und ewiges probieren)

« Belle maison mais manque d'entretien »

Belle maison avec une superficie intéressante, coin calme, pas de vis à vis, et belle vue. Par contre cette maison manque d'entretien, de nombreux appareils vieillots, défectueux ou hors d'usage. Sur la terrasse où nous dînions chaque soir, aucun éclairage n'a été installé. Pas de douche à la Show more piscine c'est regrettable mais le format de celle-ci était très appréciable (5x10). Beaucoup de fourmis, un traitement général serait nécessaire. La climatisation devrait également être installée dans le salon et la climatisation de la grande chambre diffusait une odeur de "renfermé". Show less

La maison est très agréable,grande avec 3 chambres,salle à manger,salle de séjour,3 salles de bains,tous les équipements,belle piscine de 10m et profondeur de 2m10,1 garage fermé et 1 ouvert,le jardin de galets avec palmiers,climatisation,des moutiquaires aux fenètres malgré cela,mes enfants ont Show more été piqué par les moustiques et insectes,faire des courses avant d'arriver à la maison car le frigo est vide.La région de javéa est jolie pour visiter,la mer est à 7 km,attention aux méduses dans l'eau près de la plage.Le gps est nécessaire pour circuler,éviter d'arriver la nuit très difficile à trouver car la région est vallonneuse et pas de lumière dans les rues. Beaucoup de rues portent des noms de compositeurs de musique classique. Voilà notre avis ,nous espérons que cela est utile pour les futures locataires. Show less
