House "Pomeraj", 2 storeys. In the district of Trencall, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km. Tennis 2 km.

It is very well located villa. There are 3 good restos in the neighborhood. Restaurante XXX Muy buen paella! Muy buen servicio!!! XXX right next door XXX they treat you as a family! And you get a discount if order takeaway! XXX :) Italian XXX And many more. :) At the villa there is a gas grill Show more and a teras. We spent all evenings there drinking Rioja vine ! There were some troubles with water and electricity, but regarding to region it is normal. Interhome took care of everything. As we made a request, in the morning there was a handyman who fixed everithing! When you book with interhome, you are not alone and will get a support. Thank you Villa Pomeraj Owner and Interhome for our summer vacations! Villa is perfect for two families, rooms are located so that you won't feel abused. There is 2 fridges and a washing machine :) and new kitchen technics Looking forward to come to javea next summer im 2018 ! :) Show less

Prachtig ruim huis met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Reisafstand tot Arenal strand slechts 5 autominuten. Supermarkten binnen 5 minuten. Echt het enige punt van aandacht zijn de 2 persoonsbedden. Voor 2 personen zijn deze echt te small.
