Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus. Leider hat der Eigentümer nichts in Ordnung gehalten oder die Ausstattung gepflegt. Es stinkt nach Hund, obwohl eigentlich verboten. Die technische Einrichtung weist sehr viele Mängel auf. Herd fehlt ein Thermostat, Steckdose defekt (gebrochen), Kühlschrank im UG Show more ist so alt dass die Dichtung hart ist und somit undicht. Immer Wasser davor. Das Geschirr ist sehr alt und schäbig, kann man kaum benutzen. Daher kann ich das Haus leider nicht empfehlen. Betreuung und Umgang durch Interhome allerdings wie immer einwandfrei. Es wird sich sofort gekümmert und soweit machbar auch behoben. Show less

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec 2 enfants dont un handicapé. La villa était très jolie et très agréable et aussi très calme. Très bon séjour pour nous. :)
