Country house "El Retiro". In the district of La Plana, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool with privacy (4 x 9 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 7 km, shingle beach "Platja de la Grava" 5 km. Mobile network not available in the area.

Sehr einfaches aber gemütliches Haus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bei Ankunft war das eine Bad (Badewanne/Dusche) nicht sauber. Super schöner Pool. Würde ich wieder buchen.

We hebben een zeer fijne vakantie gehad. Niet alleen het huis zelf is geweldig, maar ook de omgeving waar het staat.

el retiro porte bien son nom car en retrait.mais situation sympathique au cœur des pins. la maison est agréable avec un terrasse sympa cependant, attention au risque de glissade lorsque que l'on vient de la piscine! le mobilier est vieillissant tout comme le frigo et toute la literie est Show more inconfortable et certains lits sont usés (pieds en mauvais états). la piscine même si il manque beaucoup de mosaïques est agréable avec une très belle vue sur el montgo. merci à l’équipe d'Interhome qui fut efficace pour faire changer le lave vaisselle à bout de souffle! et le renouvellement de la cafetière manquante! je confirme que les chiens du voisinage sont un peu bruyants par moment,cela reste toutefois supportable.le reste du temps, l'environnement est calme Show less
