Beautiful villa "Batavia", 2 storeys. In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Belle villa avec une vue mer magnifique et belle piscine dans un quartier très calme mais qui gagnerait à être un peu mieux entretenue.Quelques désagréments: odeur de renfermé et d'humidité dans la maison et surtout dans tous les placards, ustensiles de cuisine rouillés, panne de gaz 24h(donc pas Show more d'eau chaude ni de gaz pour cuisiner...), portes qui ferment mal..malgré cela nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.Véhicule indispensable.
