Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 large double bedroom with 1 french bed, hand-basin, separate WC, electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace. Well known town with 40.000 residents, well linked, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. Fantastic loaction, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 kmfrom Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Monte Pego Pego (Nature Park "La Marjal") 20 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18 hole golf course "La Sella". Small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. The castle over the city has marvellous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you do not drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. Cosy, historical, family-friendly town with 45'000 inhabitants, situated at the foot of a mountain, in a busy, central, convenient position with beautiful view.
