Very beautiful, cosy residence "Les Arenes". 51 houses in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 50 m. Tennis 2 km.

El apartamento no tiene ningún tipo de manteniento,el año pasado el fregadero perdia agua y estaba con cubos y este años seguia igual.Los muebles estaban rotos,el aire acon dicionado no funcionaba,las contraventanas estaban clavadas por falta de grasa,los anteriores inquilinos habian avisado que se Show more habia roto el tenderero y no lo habian repuesto.El sofa-cama esta viejo,sucio sin funda.Los cubiertos dan asco,y tampoco funcionaba el horno.En general,no corresponde a un apartamento de tres estrellas como se califica,no se cuida ni revisa cuando se va un inquilino y entra otro. A la llegada el apartamento no estaba limpio todavia,y se nos indica que vayamos en una hora ,cuando la entrada es a partir de las 16 h y tuve que entrar a partir de las 17h. Le salva ,el entorno, pero no el apartamento que deja mucho que desear . También queria sugerir,que en estancias de mas de una semana,tendrian que dar mas toallas ,incluso sabanas,puesto en todos los apartamentos y casas que he estado,se hace ,es un detalle para el cliente y cuando los detalles no se cuidan ,qué nos diferecia de el resto?. Estuvimos alojados una semana, el bungalow limpio y cuidado en planta baja. Las zonas comunes preciosas, con un jardín muy grande q comunica directamente a la playa. Con dos piscinas. Muy cerca del puerto y del pueblo andando o en bus en la puerta. Para repetir. Sólo indicar q el anuncio indica Show more con lavadora y en su lugar hay un congelador, a tener en cuenta.
