2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2016: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sliding door with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage shower. Heating. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Pollein: Comfortable, historical small apartment house "Vecchio Fienile", 2 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the hamlet Dregier 5 km from the centre of Aosta, 20 km from the centre of Pila, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the skiing area. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04.. Single garage, public parking on the road. Grocery 30 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Dregier" 10 m, railway station "Aosta" 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Chair lift 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aosta - Pila gondola lift 3.5 km, Pila 20 km.

Wir haben schöne Tage in Pollein gehabt, die Wohnung war o.k. und auch die Schlüsselhalterin sehr freundlich. Leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit der Hitze und dem Verkehrslärm, ca. 32° nachts, große Lärmbelästigung durch Pkw, Lkw u. Motorräder, auch die Nachbarschaft war sehr laut. Mücken unds große Fliegen haben ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster sehr gestört. Vielleicht wären Fliegengitter kein Luxus für den Hauseigentümer gewesen, wenigstens am Schlafzimmer- u. Küchenfenster sehr nötig. Sollten die großen Hitzewellen i. Sommer anhalten, wäre für den Hauseigner eine Klimaanlage eine sinnvolle Anschaffung. Er könnte sie sicher für jeden Gast verständlich absetzen indem er die Miete etwas anhebt.

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super vorhanden. Man kann von Montag bis Sonntag Lebensmittel einkaufen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke

Eine mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung in tadellosem Zustand. Speziell an heißen Tagen ist die Geruchsbelästigung eines landwirtschaftlichen Betriebes sehr störend. Auch die Heerschar von Mücken und die Lautstärke der Umgebung (Straße und benachbarter Hotelbetrieb) schaden der ansonsten wunderbaren Wohnung.

Sehr modern eingerichtet,sauber und ruhige Umgebung. Zusäztlich ist die Wohnung sehr gut platziert. Die Besitzerin ist sehr felxibel im Check In und Check Out, auserdem ist sie auch sehr freundlich.Die Busstadion ist quasi vor der Haustür. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder mit der Familie oder aus Geschäftlichen Gründen.

Remarquablement équipé, dans un état parfait (nous étions les premiers occupants), cet appartement séduit par l'originalité et la qualité de la rénovation dont il est issu : vaste, disposant d'un petit balcon avec vue sur la montagne, situé dans un village à proximité d'Aoste, il constitue une base idéale pour qui veut visiter la région et en particulier les vallées du parc du Grand Paradis.
