Underfloor heating. Large balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Shop 700 m, grocery 870 m, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 700 m, café 1.2 km, railway station "Finnentrop" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake "Biggesee" 9.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 600 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Attahöhle 8 km, Karl-May-Festspiele 10 km, Sankt-Sebastianus-Kapelle. Please note: car recommended. Riding lessons (school horses / ponies) and / or guest boxes can be reserved for your own horses (extra) in a 50m far riding stable. The use of the indoor pool and wellness area as well as breakfast and half board are in the «Romantikhotel Platte» 100m away possible for a fee. Very close to the house, the 18-hole course at the Repetal golf club (extra) with 95 ha makes a challenge for all HCP classes.
