Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück und ist ruhig und etwas abgeschieden gelegen. Der Pool und die gesamte Terrasse sind toll. Wenn man sich nicht scheut mit dem Auto zum Bäcker/Supermarkt zu fahren (ca.5 KM, aber schnell zu erreichen) ist die Lage gut, da Pornic, die Show more Atlantiklüste, Nantes und viele andere interessante Ziele schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Innenausstattung ist allerdings teilweise nicht mehr zeitgemäß, insbesondere die Küche, die einen ziemlich abgewohnten Eindruck macht auch wenn die Elektrogeräte relativ neu sind (teilweise auch nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend - z.B. kein Induktionsherd mit 4 Platten sondern ein normaler Ceranherd mit drei Platten). Betten nicht übermäßig bequem, Toilettendeckel defekt und Sauberkeit nicht optimal. Bei schönem Wetter aufgrund der Aussenanlage, den Panoramafenstern trotzdem zu empfehlen. Show less
