Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking at the house. Suitable for families. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.


    Les Sables d'Olonne: Small terraced house "Le Goeland Argenté". On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a quiet position in the residential district, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross. Private: garden furniture, parking. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 2 km, pebble beach 300 m. Golf course 10 km, sailing school 6 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Zoo, Thalassothérapie, Ile d'Yeu, Ile de Noirmoutier. Please note: car recommended.

    La maison est très bien équipée, idéale pour un couple ou bien un couple avec 2 enfants. Emplacement idéal, à 100m de la plage de la Chaume, idéale pour se relaxer. Petite terrasse sans vis à vis, super pour les déjeuners et dîners avec le bruit de la mer. Une place de parking devant l'entrée de la Show more maison. Vous êtes loin de la foule et c'est reposant.
