    3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 sofabed (90 cm), 1 double sofabed (140 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room 20 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 350 cm with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm). Gas heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The washing machine and dryer are situated in a small building separated where there is also a shower and WC. It is possible to use a baby piano "Baldwin" which is situated in the owners house (reserved for qualified pianists).


    Old single-family house "Moulin Bastard", from the 19th century, renovated in 2004. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, 300 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: garden 275 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant, bakery 300 m, railway station "Le Croisic (terminus TGV)" 1.2 km, sandy beach 700 m. Golf course 2 km, sailing school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Croisic (cité de caractère) 300 m, La Baule 12 km, St Nazaire 25 km, Zoo De La Boissière Doré 118 km, Sentier des Daims 57 km, Vannes 85 km. The garden is completely enclosed by Breton stone walls. The owner lives in the nearby mansion of the seventeenth century, which is well separated.

    Einfaches Ferienhaus ohne Schnickschnack, mit sehr gut ausgerüsteter Küche und extra Häuschen für zweite Dusche/WC und Waschgelegenheit. Toll gelegen, mit grossem Umschwung. Die Besitzerin wohnt gleich nebenan und ist zur Stelle, sollte dies nötig sein. Hat uns auch vom Bahnhof abgeholt.

    Nous avons passé un excéllent séjour dans cette maison bretonne renovée avec beaucoup de goût et qui est nettement plus jolie que sur la photo. Excellente situation, pas loin du port, centre, plages etc.. Beau et grand jardin. La propriétaire qui habite juste à côté est super sympha. Nous espérons Show more pouvoir revenir ! Show less
