Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 7017 (roofed). Please note: smoke alarm.

In the district of Port Guillaume 1 km from the centre of Dives-sur-mer, 3 km from the centre of Cabourg, 3.1 km from the sea, 3.1 km from the beach. In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Single garage, public parking on the road. Shop 800 m, restaurant 300 m, thermal baths "thalassotérapie" 3.1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 3 km. Sailing school 300 m (high season). Shopping gallery in the harbour open during High Season 300 m.

Localización preciosa junto al puerto. Apartamento esquipado excelentemente, tanto en cocina como en juegos, lectura, vídeos. TV con canales en todos los idiomas, CD, DVD, altavoces para movil. Terrazas ideales a poniente y sur. Muy impio.
