Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: this is an apartment and not a chalet but in the same holiday complex "Clos des Dunes".

In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Merville Franceville Plage, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: slide, tennis. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 6 km. Un appartement agréable pour un court séjour estival par contre bruyant à cause de la proximité de la route. Les voies de la résidence sont étroites aussi si vous avez un grand véhicule il est difficile de manoeuvrer. logement idealement situé a 200 m de la plage et proches de tous commerces dans un clos arboré et trés acceuillant , seul point négatif : la literie est inconfortable dans les 2 chambres , attention au mal de dos !!!

Les moins : Wifi payant, frais de nettoyage beaucoup trop élevé et obligatoire, pas de telecommande pour le portail (de l'interieur, il faut sortir de la residence pour faire le code et ouvrir), manque de plat à tarte dans la cuisine, four très long à chauffer, clé cassée pour ouvrir l'emplacement Show more voiture réservé, deux plaques vitro c'est juste pour cuisiner convenablement pour 6 personnes.
