- Grand appartement - Bien équipé (sauf lave vaisselle fonctionnant 1 x sur 2) - Accès au garage déplorable (+ déjà occupé par 1 2 cv) porte quasi impossible à fermer A CHANGER DE TOUTE URGENCE et remplacer par ouverture/fermeture automatique comme voisin. rapport qualité-prix ???

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick wie kaum sonst möglich. Ist bei Sturm dann aber auch was windiger. Zum Strand muss man nur über die meistens wenig befahrene Straße. Bei Flut ist der Strand aber weg - für maximal 3h - danach wird er bis zu 400m breit. Die zugehörige Garage erfordert gutes Augenmaß oder Show more Rangiereinweiser (Anklappen der Spiegel hilft). Bei mehr als 4,7m Autolänge wird es schwierig das schwergängige Schiebetor zu schließen, da jetzt gegenüber früher ein alter 2CV am Ende der langen Garage steht und die Stellfläche somit verkürzt.
