Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed).

Goed gelegen appartement, bakker en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Enkel straat oversteken en je bent aan het strand. Een 15tal minuten wandelen naar oude stad St-Malo. Ruime keuken, alles voorhanden, heel proper. Minpuntje: enkel 1 kast om kledij op te bergen, wat met 4 personen weinig is.

Logement très bien situé et très fonctionnel avec un garage couvert privatif, parfait pour des vacances réussies. Par contre le forfait ménage obligatoire de 20€ par personne (80€ pour 4!!) est vraiment salé...
