Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking. Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Access to the bathroom via 5 steps.


    Pléhédel 10 km from Lanvollon: Child friendly single-family house "L'Argoat", renovated in 2015. In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, courtyard. Garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, grocery 100 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Paimpol 12 km, St Quay Portrieux 16 km, Perros Guirec 41 km, Ile de Bréhat, La vallée du Trieux. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (included). Wi -Fi only possible from the terrace of the house.

    Superbes vacances en côtes d'armor, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques, La maison est magnifiques bien située dans Le village, à proximité de tous les commerces.     The house is in a small village with basic infrastructure but with a bakery just next door. Excellent for lovers of rural environment. Still, there s an easy access to the beautifal coast for everyone.     Bonita casa con jardin y muy bien conservada, cerca de la playa y en pueblo muy tranquilo. Propietarios muy agradables. Muy poca cobertura de telefonia.
