Partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room 16 m2, window onto the courtyard with 1 french bed, TV, flat screen and electric heating. Kitchen (3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 sofabed and electric heating. Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open living/sleeping room, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed, bathroom and hi-fi system. 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Large, historical villa "V Podhoří", from the 18th century, surrounded by trees. In the district of Troja, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Praha, in a quiet, elevated position in the residential district, area with little traffic, west facing position. Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees. Patio (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m footpath (30 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 200 m. Tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: ZOO Praha 1.5 km, Troja Chateau 1.5 km, Prague Castle 7 km, Charles Bridge 6.5 km, Chateau Veltrusy 26 km, Botanical Garden 1.5 km. Please note: suitable for families.     « Prag - tolle Altstadt »

    Prag hat eine tolle, pulsierende, architektonisch schöne alte Innenstadt. Von der Wohnung kann man mit dem Radl an einem Nebenarm der Moldau über Brücken, durch Parks die Innenstadt in ca. 30 min bequem erreichen. Mit der Fähre/Bus oder Bus/Metro ist die Innenstadt auch in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Show more Hinter dem Haus bietet der Wald viel Auslauf für einen Hund. Das Grundstück selbst war groß und o.k.. Den vorgesehenen Platz im Grünen haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern uns einfach vors Haus gesetzt. Zum Duschen sollte man beweglich und sportlich sein (wegen der Dachschräge). Oft war WLAN möglich; kein deutscher Fernsehempfang; das Haus haben wir erst nach einem Anruf mit der Vermieterin gefunden, da die Hausnummer falsch in den Unterlagen falsch war. Es war es eine schöne Woche in dem Haus und in Prag. Show less

    Sehr entspannend nach den Ausflügen in die Prager Innenstadt.
