    Plavy, 4 km from Tanvald: Old, large 2-family house "Plavy", 2 storeys, built in 1950, renovated in 2000. In the resort, 15 m from the edge of the forest, 15 m from the stream. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with plants. Fireplace. Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced), indoor pool (5 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, extra). Patio, garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Plavy" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course 6 km, tennis 2 km, ski lift 300 m, skisport facilities 15 km, slopes 15 km, ski school 15 km, children's ski school 15 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. The indoor swimming pool (extra) is in the basement. Access to the welness room is from back garden. Can be entered by using an ladder. On request (extra): communal dinner, hunting, fishing.
