    3-room apartment 50 m2, on the top floor. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. 2 balconies. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Mayrhofen: 3-family house "Sonnenheim". In the resort 100 m from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a central, sunny position, 800 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 300 m, grocery, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Indoor tennis centre 100 m, cable car 800 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ice field 600 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The house is located a few steps from the pedestrian area with the Penkenbahn.

    Petit appartement bien aménagé, confortable et surtout très bien situé (en plein coeur du village). Facilité de parking.

    Doskonałe miejsce na szybki wypad narciarski (do lodowca 20 km). Jedyny minus to słabe WIFI.

    +: Great location, great price-quality, very clean appartment and nice owners. -: W-LAN is not for free, and it doesn't work: first it takes ages to connect to the router and, second, the connection works only for several seconds. I would simply advise not to take any W-LAN.
