Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds and TV (flat screen). Large balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.


    Königsleiten: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet "Königsleiten 2", 1'600 m a.s.l.. 200 m from the centre of Königsleiten, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.
