Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with dining nook, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Private entrance. The entrance to the apartment is via 4 steps.


    Stummerberg 7 km from Kaltenbach: Beautiful panoramic location, well maintained, child friendly farmhouse "Hörhager", 1'000 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Stumm 6 km from the centre of Stumm, 7 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 6.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, meadow. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 12 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 6.7 km, skisport facilities 6.7 km, ski bus stop 300 m, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 6.7 km, Zillertal Arena 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus, regional taxi extra. Fresh cow milk available in the farm (November to May).

    Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, alles sehr unkompliziert. Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. In der Küche waren sogar Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das sieht jeder Mensch anders.
