    3-room apartment 55 m2, lower ground floor. Bright, cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Shower/WC. Patio. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Private entrance.


    Aschau: House in the heart of the ski area and the Zillertal hiking trails. Comfortable working farm "Annelies". Above Aschau, in the district of Tiefenbach 2.5 km from the centre of Aschau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen 4,5 km, Zillertal Arena 6 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Theme park 4 km. Ski trail to Aschau 200 m. Ski bus to the ski area Hochzillertal to Aschau. Return home by the ski slope.

    Waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort. Haus liegt etwas außerhalb Aschau, ziemlich direkt an der Skipiste. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Bei kleineren Problemen ( Glühbirne defekt) wurde sofort reagiert.

    Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es waren 10 wunderschöne Tage und wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung zufrieden (leider stand allerdings nicht im gesamten Objekt W-Lan zur Verfügung, der Empfang war sehr eingeschränkt). Familien mit kleinen Kindern Show more sollten wissen, dass die Ferienwohnung direkt am Hang liegt und man daher immer einen Blick auf sein Kleinkind haben sollte. Show less
