    Seefeld: Located in the immediate vicinity of the mountain train "Rosshütte", cosy apartment block "Am Birkenhain". In the resort, 300 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture. In the house: reception, WiFi, table tennis, lift, storage room for skis. Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, pedestrian zone, railway station 300 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m, bathing lake "Wildsee" 600 m. Golf course 200 m, indoor tennis centre 600 m, sports centre 500 m, skisport facilities 200 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 200 m, Gschwandtkopf 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Use of the washing machine on request with the person in charge.     Leider mussten wir die Betten selbst beziehen und die Wohnung hat die ersten Tage sehr muffelig gerochen. Dazu kam dass unter den Betten enorm viel Staub lag, den wir erstmal entfernen mussten. Sonst war die Wohung in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist eher dunkel und altmodisch und nicht besonders Show more einladend. Die Hausmeisterin war jedoch sehr lieb und hat sich rührend gekümmert. Die An und Abreise hat wunderbar geklappt. Einziges Problem sind die mangelnden Parkplätze vor der Tür, sodass es schwer war einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Show less

    Ligging is goed, alleen moet het bankstel gerenoveerd worden. De bank hadden kleine gaatjes en de stoel had een heel groot gat in de bekleding.
