    Maurach: Child friendly, modern single-family house "Eder", built in 2010. 400 m from the centre of Maurach, in a central, sunny position, 1 km from the lake, 700 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 400 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bathing lake "Achensee" 1 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski school 700 m, cross country ski track 50 m, children's playground 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rofanseilbahn 700 m, Christlum - Achenkirch 12 km, Spieljoch - Fügen 17 km. House with an ideal location! Lake, ski, walk paths and hiking trails and the town centre, everything is nearby.
