    8-room house 250 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with dining table and cable TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin and cable TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. 2 large balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Marvellous panoramic view. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage (4 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. From the 5th parking spot it will be € 10 - per stay. Cots are up to an occupancy of 15 persons included. The beds must in any case be dressed with linen, sleeping bags are not allowed.


    Kappl 6 km from Ischgl: Small apartment house "Burgner". Outside the resort Kappl, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Cable car 3 km, ski lift 3 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 3 km, sled run 3 km, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kappl 3 km, Ischgl 6 km. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kappl and Ischgl.

    Haus geräumig, schönes Gemeinschaftszimmer für alle zum Essen oder spielen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet vom Kochgeschirr, nur eine Kaffemaschine ist für 10 Kaffeetrinker doch etwas wenig. Sonst im Haus alles top. Manko sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. Durch die erhöhte Einfahrt in die offene Garage Show more (über eine Bodenwelle musste man das Fahrzeug in die Lücke schieben - für zwei Kombis doch recht eng) hat fast jeder mit seinem Auto aufgesetzt.     Prima huis, aardige en behulpzame mensen

    Ruim, schoon huis. Eigenares is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ligging is ietwat lastig ten opzichte van de bushalte, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Aanrader!
