    4-room apartment 85 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).


    Ried 7 km from Fiss: 2-family house "Mader". On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis 100 m, sports centre 7 km, gondola lift 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 50 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 7 km, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Lake 100m. The local ski resort "Fendels" is only 50m away and within 10min you can reach the ski resort of Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis with 185km of downhill.

    WLAN nur geringe Stärke Kleine kochnische ..wenig Geschirr für 6 Personen...eher für extern esser.. 2 Schlafzimmer keine bzw nur kellerfenster.. 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Terassen Zugang. Nähe zum skigebiet top...Vermieter sehr nett. 2 Parkplätze dabei...super.

    Alles notwendige war vorhanden, sehr sauber. Leider war WLAN so schwach, dass es nicht nutzbar war.

    Für unsere Bedürfnisse (Kinder 9 und 6 Jahre) optimal. Keine 5 minuten fussläufig zur Seilbahn. Nettes kleines Familienskigebiet / Kaunertal Fendels. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt und Bäcker ebenso fussläufig im Ort erreichbar. Das Auto wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewegt !
