View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.


    Urgen 4 km from Landeck: Modern small apartment house "Urgbach Apart". In an elevated position. For shared use: property (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Ried" 11 km. Skisport facilities 7 km, ski rental 7 km, ski school 7 km, children's ski school 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 15 km, St. Anton 30 km, Ischgl 34 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat 10 km. Please note: car recommended. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. You can also rent two apartments side by side for 3 or 4 people. In the large apartment there is enough room to eat and sit together.
