    3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV and radio. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 3 beds. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The ceilings on the 1st floor are partially sloping. The double bedroom on the 1st floor is a connecting room.


    Cosy single-family house "Richter", 1'056 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area. Private: natural state property, lawn for sunbathing 340 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. 500 m long narrow motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, natural swimming pond 12 km, bathing lake "Badeteich Möderbrugg" 4 km. Golf course (38 hole) 38 km, tennis 4 km, cable car 20 km, ski lift 15 km, chair lift 20 km, ski school 20 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice field 7 km. Nearby attractions: Benediktinerabtei Seckau 42 km, Red Bull Ring Spielberg 38 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lachtal 22 km. Hiking paths: Wanderregion Triebener Tauern.     Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, besonders die Lage (einzeln). Sehr gute Einzäunung (Hund).

    Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in wirklich abgeschiedener Lage mit gemütlicher und rustikaler Ausstattung. Sehr guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge. Ski- und Wandergebiete in der Umgebung (Lachtal, Hohentauern). Ein Paradies für Hundebesitzer.

    Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Haus sehr abgeschieden liegt und man unbedingt auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen ist. Der Garten ist für Hundebesitzer ideal.
