Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, radio and CD-player. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Walk-through room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Shower, sep. WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Pernegg: Large, cosy single-family house "Krechen Alm", 700 m a.s.l., renovated. 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property with meadow (fenced). Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Gruff motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Skisport facilities 17 km, sled run 11 km, cross country ski track 17 km, ice field 17 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Pernegg 5 km, Bärenschützen-Klamm 12 km.     Das Gästehaus hat eine tolle abgeschiedene Lage in einem abgelegenen Waldweg, mit dem Auto aber super erreichbar von der Schnellstraße und bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es nur 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Service war sehr freundlich und flexibel sowie das Ferienhaus top ausgestattet, inkl. Show more Wasch-/Spülmaschine, je 2 x getrennte Bäder und WCs, Sauna, Garten, alles top möbliert, alles Geschirr und Zubehör mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Show less

    Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. Het huis is heel groot, mooi en vooral heel schoon. Compleet met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron en wasmachine. Gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wel wat ver van de bewoonde wereld maar als dat is wat je zoekt dan is het huis in één woord geweldig.

    Het is een mooi ruim huis, keurig verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaars zijn zeer aardig. Het huis ligt heel rustig, 4 km van de 'bewoonde wereld' tussen de koeien. Omgeving leent zich voor (lange) wandelingen, Graz is een interessante en gezellige stad dichtbij, Lurgrotte en Show more openluchtmuseum zijn ook erg mooi. Show less
