Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The apartment is in house no. 11.

In the district of Point 1 km from the centre of Maishofen, 3 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the lake. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course 4 km, indoor tennis centre 2 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The entrance to the house is at the cellar. There are about 15 steps to the entrance of the apartment.

    Es un alojamiento que cubre todas las necesidades del viajero. Es confortable, y está en un sitio estratégico para visitar toda la zona. El único problema es que la persona que entrega las llaves no habla ni inglés ni español y puede ser un poco difícil la comunicación.

    Negative: you need to pay for everithing (for heat, for lingerie, for towels), temperature in the room was not satisfactory, beds was not confortable, no special place for boots and skis, old furniture Positive : large room
