    2-room apartment 39 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, renovated in 2012, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

    Large apartment block "Sonnenhang", 1'230 m a.s.l., built in 1975, renovated in 2012. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Mühlbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, café, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift 1.7 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski school 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Eisriesenwelt 33 km, Grossglockner, Stadt Salzburg 56 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mühlbach-Dienten-Maria Alm 6 km, Hochkeil 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ritzensee Saalfelden 19 km, Zeller See 32 km. Hiking paths: Hochkönig 20 m. Flying Fox Park with 20 stations, slackline course, field archery, ATV trails and bikes with electric charging stations, mini- zoo.

    voor de prijs een redelijk appartement, echter met 3 volwassenen en een bijna volwassene eigenlijk te krap. bedbank in de woonkamer waardoor er behalve een echte Oostenrijkse zithoek geen fijne zitgelegenheid was omdat de bank als bed werd gebruikt. Slaapkamer staan 2 stapelbedden die aan de krappe Show more kant waren, geen echte afscheiding met woonkamer. Inventaris op zich compleet ware het niet dat veel nog uit de jaren 70/80 stamt..! Zeer kleine keuken waar je niet met 2 personen in kunt. Meer een nis met 3 elektrische kookplaten. Oven prima. Geen magnetron aanwezig, Douche/sanitair redelijk, Wel een hele laag gemonteerd toilet....kleurstelling etc mooi retro....Voor de ramen ook zeer oude rolluiken. Nadeel van dit alles is dat mocht er iets stuk gaan je dan wel een hele andere vergoeding moet betalen dat wat het waard is..! Maar zoals gezegd voor de prijs die je betaald in het hoogseizoen alleszins redelijk. Voordeel: zeer mooie ligging qua uitzichten. Met sneeuwval een vrij pittige weg vanuit het dal naar appartement. Heerlijk balkon. Appartement niet geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers. Prima week gehad maar volgende keer mtoch meer richting het dal. Show less

    Bardzo fajny apartament, dosc daleko od glownej drogi, bo okolo 4km pod gorke ok 12-17% nachylenia, ale wszystko rekompensuja widoki z apartamentu;)
