    3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 4 adults. Simple and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/WC. Small terrace. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. The room with the double beds is a connecting room. No television.

For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 5 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 5 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, sled run 1.2 km, ice field 5 km.     Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und eine gute Einteilung. Für einfache Ansprüche ok, ansonsten doch durchaus an einigen Stellen verbesserungswürdig. So sind doch die Möbel und Matratzen schon sehr abgewohnt. Dennoch: ein sehr netter Hauswirt! Und wer ein Auge zudrücken kann ist hier Show more durchaus gut aufgehoben Show less
