    2-room farmhouse 48 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, romantic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, hi-fi system and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 20 m2 with electric heater. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 330 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The bedroom is reached via a steep wooden staircase, which is secured in the room with a grated door.


    Historical small chalet "Reserl", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Velden, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, railway station 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Wörthersee" 5 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 200 m, skisport facilities 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wörthersee 5 km. Steep staircase with 4 steps leading to the front door.

    Alle sehr schön. negativpunkte: keine Einweisung im Umgang mit der Heizung und Fußbodenheizung Bad. Letzte erst am letzten Tag entdeckt. Bett nur 140 cm.

    Eine Unterkunft die zu 100 Prozent authentisch ist, lässt man mal das WLAN, Bad mit Badewanne und einige andere Annehmlichkeiten weg. Im Prinzip fehlt hier nur noch der Heuboden zum nächtigen und das kleine holzbefeuerte Öfchen zum aufwärmen. Ich fand es toll!

    Lovely little chalet with amazing views. Hosts are lovely and lots to do locally.
