Small resort directly by the lake, 2 km south-east from Węgorzewo, 22 km north from Giżycko, 125 km north-east from Olsztyn. In the resort: shops. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 2 - 25 km. Access: railway station "Węgorzewo" 3 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Gdańsk (GDN) 270 km, Warszawa (WAW) 280 km. In Ketrzyn (30 km) it is possible to visit "Wilczy Szaniec" - Hitler's old headquarters. The court-palace complex in Sztynort, with the castle of the Landorfs is nearby.In Wegorzewo there is a begining of water route "the Great Lakes in Mazury".
