Small fishing village directly by the sea, 40 km from Derry. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A2 Londonderry - R239 to Moville. Car ferry Magilligan - Greencastle 3 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Belfast Int. (BFS) 140 km, Derry City Airport (LDY) 35 km. Along the coastal side of the town sweeps the popular Moville Green. This is a scenic walk including shrub-adorned, velvety turf, sheltered seating and sporting amenities intermingled with cliffs, bays, beaches and mountains. Nearby attractions: Inis Eoghain Cycleway, a 55km loop connecting the River Foyle in County Londonderry to Lough Swilly in Donegal. 18 Holes Pitch and Putt situated above the town with a beautiful view of Lough Foyle. Other activities: fishing, birdwatching.
