Climate
Holiday village, 28 km from Heraklion. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Heraklion (1) 30 km. The town of Hersonissos comprises of some small hamlets and the main tourist areas of Hersonissos Porto, Anissaras and the old town. The towns are Koutouloufari, Piscopiano, Potamies, Avdou, Gonies and Kera. During the summer months the town is very lively with lots of entertainment (restaurants, pubs, discos etc).
