Climate

Champagne extends from the east of Ile-de-France to the Meuse. The western part is a slightly undulating plain with vast pastures, while on the sunny hills, -grapes ripen before they are made into a famous champagne. Situated north of Champagne, lies the relatively flat Ardennes region, which is best known for its immense forests abounding in game.
